The Azelia tree is actually in the game but you need to bone meal a moss block to get the small one, than bonemeal the small one to get the big one

diamonds are rarer now in this update and the last update added something more poweful than diamond called netherite and as expected it can only be found in the nether. also zombie pigmen don't exist anymore they were replaced by piglins
