Exactly what is happening in Nigeria. Alot of bidding, the federal government contract jobs, spend more on contracting, would not pay some contractors, when given the jobs to some contractors, they still ask for cuts and gives lot of conditions, putting the contractors in tight difficult situations.
The federal Government are not accountable, there is nothing they have handled and do it well. Always relies on private bodies to carry out duties.
