Made alot of little mistakes throughout the match too in terms of accuracy and carrier positioning that could have made this a certain win. Should really have been paying more attention generally. Still, it was a pretty good Kaga game and that ending.
I wouldn't be too hard on yourself you played very well. Only real criticism I have is that pause you took on the last set of planes cost you the game. @@ainsleyhariott4353 Start off the match with the dive bombers(big flights ,not as valuable as torpedo bombers so doesn't matter if you lose some) scout the enemy team then strike an enemy dd if possible. Build around the torpedo planes,they will be your main source of damage, anytime you see an enemy bb going off on his own he is ripe for torping. Rocket planes are trash, only use to attack enemy dd's or if you are low on torp/bombers You have the worst fighter at tier 8 , slow and has a small patrol area. Only really fit for scouting, maybe protecting dd's in caps but they are too slow to actually stop the attack. You have loads of planes, use them. Don't be afraid to put some strikes in or spot under heavy flak early on you can afford to lose some planes.

I just wanted to say that the whole rocket nerf is actually disturbing me, not just for richtoffen but for all carriers.. everytime i see a rocket aircraft shooting with delay i get brain damage. To reduce the damage of a ship is something understable and i do agree most of the times, but to invent a new mechanic for of "delay" for rockets??? just why it was already to compicated to use ap rockets correctly, and if the reciever was just actively maneuvering you were wasting your time. you want to protect destroyer players? understandable and resonable.. but let me ask you one thing how does it feel to play audacious or enterpirse nowdays? or in generall a ship with good He rockets, besides kearsarge? what is your impact towards hunting destroyers? you spot them ok, then what? and if so why to introduce new ships that can do 5-6-7k bombing to dd's with practically zero effort? Did they want to protect destroyers? OR introduce new op lines and fix the case of the enterprise and other good ships behind the scenes? i know it is a kaga video, but i just realised that the rockets are the same and i remembered... I am not a carrier main, but when i have ship collecting digital dust, especially those that i used real money to get it really gets me nuts. so what is next? time delay for ap bombers? but new home missile rockets? also why on earth we have submarines in game? its been like 6-7 years, if you want to protect destroyers,. then why give them more headaches? why do they insist so much on a project that is not working??? we dont new class in the game, atleast thats my opinion, neither "funny" buttons or "guided" toprs, missiles. it can be fun for the player. but not for everyone else eating toprs from the bottom of the sea. This guy could use Engine Boost consumables but did not use them though he got 2 of them. If he used them earlier, he could've won.... But it is still amazing battle. I can see his masterful torpedo skill. Good job anyway
game counts the kill on the enemy Kaga, so red team loses all ships but still wins? slightly confused here :D a few strategically questionable choices made on part of green team's Kaga throughout the game, but of course it's always easier for us Armchair Admirals to see and point out such matters with the power of distance and hindsight.
I don't know about anyone else, but the carriers were perfect the way they were before they converted into these, but hay, whom am I to say what is better when it was simpler.
Might just be me but I still prefer how cvs used to play. Being able to drop your entire payload rather than making multiple attack runs just better in my opinion. Still good gameplay and great job.
You’ll get better. It’s literally just knowing your planes and what matchups they can survive, with the only way to know being to play the hell out of them. A month ago I barely averaged 40k per match in ryujo. Now I average about 70-90k damage and 40k per match is a bad number for me. Of course captain skills are a lot of help too, but mostly it comes down to practicing. A good cv player with no captain skills can easily outmatch an inexperienced player with a full 21 point captain.

This dude played very well. Even if he did a mistake at the end, after all, he was the last one standing with the most contribution to victory from his team. It's like working on a project that turned out really good, but just because there's one thing wrong with it, it's judged to be a a failed project. You get the idea. In short, this guy deserves a compliment, despite his mistake at the end, because he tried his best to carry the team to victory.

the cv are also floating plane factories now. just keep spamming planes. there used to be some form of intelligence needed to play them
