I am a Ghanaian living in Germany 🇩🇪, the issues about land acquisition in relation to the lease is such that the indigens are giving 99 years of lease after which you will pay 5% of the land value as at when the lease expired and one perception out there is, the land will be taken from you that's entirely FALSE.You just pay your 5% land value and then the chief renew the contract for you at 99 years again.
