Tom Baker is my doctor and forever shall be. But my favourite character in all of who is the brigadier, the only character (played by the same actor) that has been here consistently through the 60's 70's 80's 90's (yes there WAS dr who through the 90's) AND the 2000's both on big finish and Sarah Jane rest in peace sir, until we meet again!!!

I was there with a friend, but sadly couldn't spot myself in the video. Watching this has blown my mind, as I can't get my head around the fact it was literally half my lifetime ago - I was 22 and a half at the time, and I have just turned 45. It still feels like a "recent" event in my mind. Yet so many people who were there have now sadly passed on. I feel quite melancholy tbh.

So Nice to hear from you, time moves so fast, this is why I like to use a video camera to record events as it is so enjoyable to look back and remember such happy days, hope you managed to take some photos of the day

I was there, aged 30. Now I'm 53. I was there with the people who were in the Cyberman and the guy who played Hieronymous. I remember hearing that there had been some theft of the entrance fee money, that sounded slightly dodgey to me ! I was a bit cheeky and sneaked into that ante-room where the stars retreated to after the cake was cut. I remember talking to JNT (who'd I'd always wanted to speak to ) and Tom, who'd I'd spoken to before in New Zealand. JNT looked very tired and ill I remember thinking. But I'm glad I spoke to him, as of course he's no longer with us.

Gosh, I was there that day, and this really brings back memories. I particularly remember the guy in the Masque of Mandragora costume. And Gary Downie taking charge of the queue to the Orangery.

That tune that incredible piece of music you know I imagine a song to go with and many different versions to a song of time and Doctor Who but going back to its origins and how came to be is the bit of whovian history but I have always imagine that piece of music might of been so different I think that there was a few different versions of music before the one that became famous and slightly different for every generation but I guess those are missing or ended up on the cutting room floor lost in the dust of time?
