I agree. Metal bands should focus more and more on piano and orchestral parts. It give another dimension to the whole album and sound. In general I like compositions with a lot of chords and melody lines.
Finally! A Symphonic Black Tech Death mix that uses actual chords. My knowledge is limited in Symphonic Black cos of the excessive use of riffs and too much notes in a bar of a song. And this is one is a breather. Very mature playing.
Hope these guys didn't die out of the scene, i'd love to get another album like this one, but a bit more mature. Hope something's in the works, they deserve success

This album sounds like if Obscura, Dark Fortress and Emperor had a child, this is the result. When I first heard this I seriously thought you guys where German or Scandinavian, I cant believe this came from the US.
These guys just bring Symphonic Black to a new level. Awesome composition, awesome harmony, awesome ambiance. More I listen this album, more I it’s seems just perfect to me. Great work guys, you need to continue.

This is a phenomenal album! The only band I know that played anything even remotely similar to this style was Psypheria's Embrace the Mutation album. I've been looking for something similar to that for years!
