Check the prices very carefully as much of the items I have seen so far are or were all collectors items and could be for specialist markets. Those ceramic Houses were a collectable series that were released in England. My Mum and sister both had collected them. I remember them from when I visited her in England.
They painted the lilliyput lane houses in the Lake District in Cumbria not far from where I live their very collectable and were expensive to buy..great find...👍🏻👍🏻

That "fishing basket" is called a creel, and isn't necessarily for fly fishing. Any kind of fishing where you're on the move, like in rivers and streams, it's nice to have. Depending on age and maker, and of course condition, they can go for good money... or not if not the right maker and such
What I used to do. Since I used to also do ceramics years ago. When ever I got some fragile items that I could touch up, I would try & match it up the best I could, then antique it. I also used to refurbish the furniture that was scratched up. Then again, I was in better health. I’ve had 6 back surgeries, triple bypass & a stroke. Getting a decent amount of money from social security, hopefully on this coming Friday. I’ll be able to hire someone to help me with the loading. I miss the rush I used to get on the units. I have a son your age, and I keep telling him we should start going to auctions. Unfortunately I havent convinced him yet! Your rapport with your mom is just like my son and I. Another great unit! Some of the beams Choice bottles are from the '60's and '70's but aren't worth a lot - less than you would imagine. There are quite a few on Ebay. They will help bring your profit up though :) Custer died at Little Big Horn, Montana. The Alamo death list includes Davy Crockett and James Bowie.(I am Australian but have a love of all history :) ) Frederic Remington is probably better known as a sculptor in bronze - cowboys, horses etc. If you find one of those originals you will really be in the money!
The cottages which you found where made in England by Lilliput Lane and David Winters I painted cottages for 10 years plus they are all handpainted and unfortunately not worth a great deal,they are made out of resin and we use to have to paint between 10 upto 40 a day on piecework loved the job though.
Those nets are kinda specific to wade fishing for trout. They are made of wood so they float. You also have a nice condition creel basket in that box... for holding fish you want to take.
Scrooge is a character from Charles Dickens “A Christmas carol”. Several film versions to watch if you don’t know the story but the book is well worth the read.

In the early 70s I was challenged to make 500 Dream Dolls before the Christmas bazaar for our church. Worked day and night and met the challenge. No two were alike they were sold for $20 each and I made $5 on each. Never want to take that challenge again! No lamps with mine.

All that fishing equipment was stored so neatly and perfectly. A fisherman who could afford every kind of fishing expedition....yet also into collecting and art.

It is not related to Margaret Keane at all. It is a Bradley Big Eye Doll Lamp from the 60s and 70s. They are Japanese and Korean.
