    This is beautiful. You are doing a good job with Igbo liturgical music. I particularly like that you are reconstructing the use of these songs, making such old tunes speak to our current realities. I find this new interpretation of old tunes more interesting than (just) creating new compositions, most of which lack in the essences of the liturgy (as we see today in Nigeria). I'm an ethnomusicologist and we may well get to know each other later. Jisike!

    It's "amani" (appointed hour/time), not "amara" (grace).
    "Amani" = "oge akara aka" in Onitsha dialect.
