I usually buy it from the store and eat it on the same day without reheating it, but if I eat it the next day, I usually cut the char siew into small pieces and use it for fried rice or scrambled eggs. The fried dishes are also delicious.😊

其實食新桂香嘅叉燒係唔使再淋蜜汁,否則會過甜,食叉燒飯一定要走汁、要肥燶叉+葱油,最佳食法:我去親新桂香都唔會食碟頭嘅叉燒飯,一定係要例肥叉兼白飯另上,逐件叉燒點一點D燒味汁,然後將件叉燒嘅汁,印上白飯上面,之後先大啖大啖將白飯同叉燒一齊爬入口,真係正到黐肺🤣🤣🤣,備註:有好多人食叉燒,一味猛咁落蜜汁就以為好好食,依家叫你食蜜汁咩,係食叉燒丫嘛🤣🤣🤣
