GI is a dating sim and nobody will change my mind, haha.
I mean, technically aether and lumine could only hook up with the archons of adepti cause everyone else is a child compared to them.
The meaning is actually something like this:
气若兰兮终不改 - Like the orchid, my spirit will not change
心若兰兮终不移 - Like the orchid, my heart will not waver
In simpler terms, "I will remain forever faithful"
气 "qi" - can mean several things, including scent, but most likely means spirit or soul in this case
心 "xin" - means heart
若 "ruo" - means like, or similar to, and is often used in older poems as opposed to 像 "xiang", which is more modern/colloquially common
兰 "lan" - means orchid ---- in Chinese culture, orchids tend to signify love, marriage, elegance, grace, nobility, and humility; as such, it is often used as the subject of artwork and poems, such as in Zhongli's
兮 "xi" - is similar in function to "Ah!" or "Oh!" and serves to bring more emphasis to the words around it
终 "zhong" - means something similar to the end, e.g. it is often paired with 于 "yu" to make 终于, which means finally
不 "bu" - means not, no, opposite of, or negative depending on the situation
改 "gai" - means to change or fix/correct
移 "yi" - means to shift or move, and is another one of those older/more traditional characters
the pronunciation "qì" but the certain word "气" can mean lots of things but in here means wind, im chinese so
In other words,
"And AYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

I remember when I was forced to go to my chinese school's "state" caligraphy competition. Not fun. You have to actually angle and hold the brush in a certain way. The paper is literally as thin as hair, if you use too much water on the brush the paper will tear and the characters look bad. If you use too little water your characters look like someone tried painting a smooth line on a tree trunk. AND THEN YOU HAVE TO SIT IN THE PROPER POSTURE OR ELSE YOU LOSE FOCUS. ITS NOT EVEN WORTH IT SINCE YOUR ENTIRE BODY ACHES AFTER YOU'RE DONE WRITING (not to mention that people have preferences of brushes and excluding other annoying details)

In school I have tried Chinese Calligraphy before and it was way too difficult so I ended up just using the brush to colour in the word (there was an outline printed there apparently)
Fun fact:the word of 1:24 荧 is Lumine's name in chinese
I feel proud as a Chinese ,this is our traditional culture .I hope there'll be more people discovering its beauty .

Just a small note about the translation: Chinese doesn't have uppercase or lowercase lettering as it was born from literal drawings that over time transformed into words. I'm assuming what Zhongli meant in the original translation was that he'd teach Lumine the easiest and most readable form of calligraphy, Regular script. Otherwise known as Traditional Chinese, as compared to the Simplified version used on the mainland.
There’s no translation for the comic bar the poem at the end where I had to ask my friends who knew Mandarin for help. It was originally in English.
