This is EXACTLY how energy pulling videos should be! Hardly anyone does them the way I like, which is so frustrating as the good ones really help my anxiety. This was excellent, & will definitely go in my favourites folder of videos I will rewatch when I am feeling stressed.

Reiki and technical/fixing you videos can be similar. Also certain brushing your face or simple personal attention can work

Actually, it reminds me of one of your earliest hand movements videos, where you were quite literally pulling bad energy from us (Delicious Hand Movements!!)
