I think all music generated with Suno, is technically owned by Suno unless you pay for a specific subscription, but I think they allow non-comercial distribution/ sharing rights (all depends on Rekori's license/ terms). Unlike most AI art I've see where the prompter/ creator owns the work, I think that avoids copyright infringement on the AI part and makes the creator need to be responsible for how they use the works they create; most.
