hi python little tip: there is a chance that diamonds would spawn underneath the skulk block itself sooo if you want you can use a hoe to easily destroy the skulk and possibly find more diamonds love the vids keep up the great work:)

Python this is by far one of your most aesthetic series ever (Realms of Valyria Level) I just love every choice you have made from building and decoration to the exploration. I would say try to find a swamp and get yourself some lily pads for the mote as they always look good in japanese style builds, same with some sugar cane or bamboo as reeds.
I disagree about the mending stuff. You could have an armorer and/or smith shop to display extra tools, weapons and armor to use if you loose your current one. Having more than 1 of each pick means that you can do bigger projects without taking breaks and makes it alot more worth to go to the enderman farm to fix up all tools. What I've noticed when people "ban" mending is that they instead don't want to use and lose their tools, so instead they don't use them at all. But, to each their own. I personally wouldnt spend my hard mined netherite ingots to fix tools :P I really like this build, btw! I'm kinda claustrophobic, so I wouldnt build it for myself, but its a cute look and the bridge is adorable :D Loving the frequent uploads of vids :D Take care!
You're free to disagree but I rather like the no mending rule and I'm not changing it until I get whatever season goal I set for myself done. I like it for the same reason as Dallasmed65 states in his LP... Mending removes something to do in Minecraft, making gear. Villagers are way too overpowered when it comes to providing diamond gear flat out tbh 😅
I find that a nice little decoration for any water body thing is to stack 2 or 3 glass panes on top of each other and put a green or brown candle on top to make a reed! I also feel like adding maybe little boulders with stone and stone stairs and slabs in the water would look cool too! Keep up the great work python!

hey Python, this new season started off like a BOMB! I hope it lasts long. One thing i would like to suggest is to not use TOO much pink set of wood, because it just blends in too much again. would be cool if added sum pink terracotta and stuff to just break up that cherryness from that area. nevertheless, love the content!
shame you didnt turn that spawn area into a giant castle made from deepslate and a japanese village near it but love the build hope you at least rebuild the ancient city and get villagers down there to make it like a proper town and get a ton of obsidian and use it on the portal frame from the giant deepslate building then have a nether portal there
Couldn't you use a grindstone to remove the curses from the leggings? Personally, I don't mind if I get Curse of Vanishing on my gear because there is always a chance that I'd lose it when I died anyway, because it fell into lava or I couldn't find it fast enough or a zombie took it or whatever. And if I'm low on diamonds, I'd definitely craft a diamond helmet with Unbreaking III, Aqua Affinity, Respiration, and Curse of Binding before I'd settle for an iron helmet with just Unbreaking III. Throwing away diamond gear because it's cursed is a totally posh thing to do.
You can't unfortunately. If there's both curses and normal enchantments on a piece of gear, only the normal enchants are wiped out with a grindstone! Definitely wish there WAS a way to somehow clear curses... maybe visiting a wizard NPC or something, haha 😅
I love watching building ideas that I think won't work actually end up looking beautiful! Another great episode. Not sure tropical fish AND axelotls will work together lol. Regarding the mooshroom idea, you'll definitely save on mushrooms, but I thought you still have to feed it one flower for each stew. Is that wrong?

I am so proud and happy to see you expanding on your styles and getting creative with new things. You've come a long way from Python the let's put a flower pot on every other block. I am not sure if it is preference or not, but when you make mini tree and carve out a moat knock out an extra block every so often! Make sure the sides like a little unique instead of a repetitious pattern and everything will look so much more natural! The best thing too is you can start small, one or two blocks here or there and then later mixing in blocks. You should consider some coarse and rooted dirt blocks at the edges though like the water is eroding the gross/land a bit!

For season 2, will you plan one season finale bigger base area or do you plan on building your crater area up until the end of the season? Also, since you ran into the back of the area. Maybe use the slope as an Asian themed climb to a shrine of sorts at the peak behind your home. May work as a scenic overlook. My guess for the diamond fortune pull was 21.

The cherry tree petals are your flowers, etc. Plus, some Japanese villages are very small and surrounded by snowy peaks on all sides, anyways. Unfortunately, you can't remove curse enchants in any way, the grindstone would only rid the "normal" enchants... there USED to be a way to rid curse enchants by combining gear in the crafting table but not anymore 😧

I'd recommend that you make 3-5 automatic pink sheep farms, there incredibly simple to make and it will help give your area a different shade of pink

It's kinda a shame that most every time there is a new color block, it dominates the build. Maybe mix cherry with dark oak, kinda like a cordial?
