I was at the draft as a Dolphin fan sitting in VIP next to a clueless Bills fan that hated the pick I said to him trust me u just got thee best qb since Jim Kelley. I held up a draft scorecard that day with the following grades: Allen A-, Mayfield B-, Darnold D, Rosen F. Hows that for accuracy!?!
There's a clip of him back in 2018 when Buffalo played Minnesota (and its been since taken down, much to my annoyance). They're taping Diggs on the sideline with a teammate. Allen does something on the field (it doesn't show what) but Diggs says to his teammate something like "Watch him, he's gonna be somebody."
From a statistical stand point hes not a top 100. He was 26th as a QB in 2019. That doesnt mean i dont love the guy and hope he continues to grow into an elite QB.
