Really pleased with these darts and think him signing with shot is only going to further his progress in darts. Will be interesting to see him in the next major tournament now he has had a few competitive games with his new darts.
Nice review, got it out quick aha! Can see a lot enjoying them but I’m personally not a fan of the red. Couldn’t see the red on tv so thought they’d just be silver with a few black rings. Not a fan of darts with different colours just personal preference i suppose. As a dart collector already having the premier, world champ and limited edition unicorns.. i cant add these with the cheap packaging. Hopefully they bring out a nice boxed version if he wins another major
£70 isnt cheap for a basic dart lets be honest, you can get premium sets for that or 95% + sets for that. But thats true for fans and people wanting to throw them that works. But as a collector that never takes them out of the box ive got my fingers crossed for a more premium, presentable set in the future.
I've been using the 80% tungsten rvb darts for a little while, the flight between them and these are both good but I get more angle with the rvb as they front weighted. It's personal preference tho but depending on setup you can get similar results with both it all depends on style of throw as well but I think these days will suit a much wider range of styles vanished to the rvb. I will have to re familiarise myself with the asps before can content about those ones.
I know the packaging isn't a priority for most but we try to give as much info about the whole product not just the darts as some people do collect them for aesthetic reasons as well

Majority of the time I'm a 22g possibly a 23g depending on the style of dart,

I think it was smart not to do to much fancy packaging with this particular set as it helps keep them at a great price point for fans.
