This album blew my mind when it came out. I really didn't think they would be able to top An Ocean Between Us, but they did. Faster, heavier, thrashier, and more melodic. The opening riff to this song, while heavily layered and produced, is legendary.
Fucken Eh! Mancino crushes everyone! his percussion work stands alone. However, there are some tracks on this album that just can't touch An Ocean Between Us.

Love this band! Gotta listen to this track at least once a day. Try changing the speed from 'normal' to half speed (0.5) and start it at the guitar solo. The song takes on a grunge vibe and sounds like it came out of a midi keyboard - fell in love with the song all over again! That's also a good way to learn the solo.

Maybe this is too much info. But the reason I love this song is because when I was a child my mom's ex abused my brother and sister along with me. My fear growing up was ending up like him. So everyday I feel like I'm at war, I developed OCD my healing was stopped. I just want to make sure when I have kids they have a life I never did. One where they go untouched so they can grow.
