Your cooking is so amazing, I got hungry watching the video. Can you write the recipes for all the dishes you prepared in this video in detail in the description please.

Thank you so much for your kind words and support for my video! 🥰 Here’s the recipe for the pastries (it’s also included in the description now 😊).
      -1 egg
      - ~240ml milk
      - ~180ml canola oil (sunflower would work as well)
      - 1 teaspoon of salt
      - choice of cheese for the filling (I used mozzarella)
      - Flour
      - 1 full teaspoon of baking powder
      -Sesame seeds
In a bowl, mix one egg white with 240 ml of milk and 180 ml of oil.
Add a teaspoon of salt (adjust to taste if your cheese is less salty) and mix again.
Gradually add 1 cup of flour and mix well.
Add one tablespoon of baking powder, mix briefly, and then add another cup of flour.
Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Shape the dough and fill it with cheese.
Arrange the buns on a tray, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Air fry at 165°C (330°F) for ~13 minutes.

As for the meatballs, I used some that I had prepared earlier and stored in the freezer. I made them with a seasoning mix for convenience. 😊 That said, as I mentioned in the video, I’m planning to make meatballs from scratch in one of my upcoming videos. Let me know if that’s something you’d like to see!
