Great interview as always. As oil is what makes the world go round and is part of Vincent’s best case scenario, I never see the question or answer from anybody about how oil gets to $50.00 considering the lack of investment, rolling over of the Permian, and the opec(Saudi’s) commitment to higher prices to meet their own budgets. I can buy the idea that Doomberg is expounding that there is no shortage of oil but not at $50.00 .

I found myself laughing to myself when Kevin mentioned at the 10 min mark that at a minimum spending will not go up. I'll take the other side of that trade because these guys are going to break something that will lead to some emergency funding bill (think US farmers not getting paid enough for crops that are distributed through US AID) to rescue some key constituent group. They have no real clue what they are trying to fix after generations of bureaucratic growth so something will definitely break and 50/50 that spending doesn't end up higher.

Market is hovering like Wile E. Coyote, with just 🌬️ under it.
Just heard Ed Dowd voicing a similar opinion (probably for different reasons than yours).

It’s these two guys who don’t understand the effects of reductions is govt spending. It will be a Reagan Era redux.

Trump is not a "strategic guy," Vincent. He's a bully. And narcissist. And transactional. Don't over complicate things.

People think Trump is not smart but he's been right on so many things and now he is POTUS 47. 😂
