I used to live on the creek in sharjah, uae, next to bank street decades ago. There were Lovely little cafes where iranian shopkeepers would eat daily. A wonderful iranian biryani seller on the street behind, who set up his stall near the museum, food was yummmy.. Not too many strong spices or sauces added, it is mainly flavoured with organic ingredients, fruits, vegetables, berries, leaves, nuts, seeds, whole spices, so spice level is milder and you can taste the actual fresh ingredients, and the rest is left to the cooking process and the heat of the fire to do the job. Iranians would be surprised to know that centuries back migrated Iranians to India especially Mumbai side still eat their food in this manner from Paris to bohra Muslims cooking lentils meats together then making " maleeda' means mash into puree but why did they missed molars there once upon a time
@@AbhaySharma-xu6jn // Bro, I am a nationalist Persian and I am with you 100% in every aspect, however , fairness brings credibility so we have to be fair . You are confusing refugees with migration. Palestinians are refugees because they were forced to leave . Parcees means Persians and the Persians who left after the Arab take over knew that the Arab culture is like acid which destroys other cultures and causes forced assimilation so they moved to India in order to preserve the Persian religion and culture . What they did was commendable however the Persians resisted the Arabs and maintained their culture and heritage and it was the parcees whom genetically got assassinated into India . I still have a lot of respect for them . In our 6000 year history no one has caused more damage to us than the Saudis . They broke the back of our culture but failed to assimilate us . Both me and you know what kind of historical debt they owe us and how we are going to pay them back when the time comes , they know it too. The day we go there will not be a day of revenge or anger, it will be the day of reckoning. Digital, systematic and wholesale. Then we will welcome everyone to Yemen II.

Iranians would be surprised to know that centuries back migrated Iranians to India especially Mumbai side still eat their food in this manner from Paris to bohra Muslims cooking lentils meats together then making " maleeda' means mash into puree but why did they missed molars there once upon a time
Yes, you are right I am surprised. Thanks a lot for sharing this information.
Migrated? Why are you sugar coating history.. Parcis were persecuted..so they left perisa...
@@AbhaySharma-xu6jn//
That is still called migration.
@@drunkbee880 if you can't differentiate between migration and persecution then I can't help it...

Bro, I am a nationalist Persian and I am with you 100% in every aspect, however , fairness brings credibility so we have to be fair .

Dear chef, can you please tell me what you added to the tomato paste when you cooked it. I saw you fried it in oil but what were the herbs and spices please. Or anyone reading this comment that knows I would be very grateful. Also right at the end were those dumplings or pieces of lamb tail? It looks delicious.
please turn on the subtitle (CC), it is there.
pimienta y comino en polvo, ajo seco en polvo y fenogreco en polvo.
Очень похожие маринованные овощи с цветной капустой подают к столу в Мексике. Удивительно, как похожа культура питания.
Да, есть и другие сходства. Например, мы, как и вы, едим на завтрак отварную баранью голову.
InshaAllah, I will definitely pay a visit to this restaurant.
I am really happy to hear that.
Bu bizim, Azərbaycan pitisinin İran variantıdır.
Yəni İran pitisidir.
Bunlar kartof, tomat pomidor tökdülər. Bizim piti bundan qədim olar. Çünki hamısı yerli ərzaqlardandir. Ət, noxud, turşu, zəfəran.
@@muniseismayilova4757indi zəfəran sizin yerli ərzaq oldu?😂
@@javadnoruzi2380 oxuyanda bəlkə diqqəti olaq? Ət, noxud, turşu, zəfəran yerldir. Yəni çoxdan belə bişir. Təbir caizsə, daha qədimdir. Pomidor, kartof gəlmədir. Məntiqi deyil
It's abgosht
Великолепно! Всё натуральное, свежее, местное, аппетитное и наверняка очень вкусное.
Как бы хотелось оказаться там и попробовать😊
