Free advice for Free Will to Take or Leave...
Best to avoid dairy, beef, chicken, pork to prevent them from reemerging due to added hormones and antibiotics. Also minimize sugar. Best to exercise and walk regularly. Juicing balances and resolves anemia...Beets, Watercress, Leafy Greens, Pinapple or Orange, Apple, you could add Carrot or Cucumber In the Mix.

Happy birthday, Kerry. I can see that you had a wonderful birthday. I had fibroids too many years ago; however, it wasn't as bad as yours. It was painful because they were pressing on my bladder. Get plenty rest. Interestingly, you're the second youtuber I watched who had the same issues. She's also black and had to do surgery last year. It's a burden but we women are resilient and strong.

I have fibroids and I call my periods a bloody massacre, they are horrible. I plan outings around my fibroids because periods are embarrassing AF. Congratulations on your surgery.

Listen I'm Sissy bcz girl I'm staying flat no rocks/heights for me 😂...The Food the Fashion OMG ❤ especially the Versace sandals n Jaquemus bag ... I had a friend who suffered from fibroids so I'm familiar with some of those horror stories ... It is horrible to have to walk around with xtra clothes, having accidents and such. Give yourself grace, and you'll be back better than ever in time. Prayers for you.

Iv been there done that!!!, I no how you feel, it’s awful, and it hits you at a bad time always, and the pain is so bad you curl up in a fetal position, it was so bad the blood ran down my legs, I use to get a chill and then here it comes, I suffered from anemia so bad, I had the surgery also, I wish you well and God bless you and your husband also, ❤ you be well soon.

I agree it's not TMI when discussing the horrors of the menstrual cycle and the pain and others symptoms we experience monthly or more frequently. The more we speak about it and make the topic common maybe the scientific community will do research and help women prevent fibros and period pain. Many say periods should not be painful however I know too many women where this statement is untrue. Thanks for sharing Kerry. Speedy recovery. 🎉

About 15 years a go I had a 13lb fibroid removed. It was crazy and i didn't have any pain until it had reached that huge size.
