Sorry to say but some information regarding this visa is not correct in this video. First of all this is not any new policy or offer by the Uk Govt as it was already active visa since long. Second point is regarding health Surcharge ( IHS ) which can not be paid yearly or by installment. You must have to pay complete health surcharge at the time of visa application process depending on your visa duration like if you applying for 5 years then " IHS " you have to pay 5195 Pounds. Lastly visa application fee range from lower to high has nothing to do with visa processing durastion at all. This video needs more research .
