For Paralympics Paris 2024, Shanghai hosted the training camps for the National Wheelchair Fencing Team, Sitting Volleyball Team, and Wheelchair Racing Team, accommodating 60 athletes and coaches in total. At this Game, Shanghai athletes brought home 9 golds, 5 silvers, and 5 bronzes, breaking 1 word record and 1 Paralympic record, exemplifying the Olympic motto of "Faster, Higher, Stronger - Together."
