Luck potions make you get better loot but that chuck was generated already so the loot already spawned in the chest before you had luck

Actually, because you had the chests already loaded before you used the Luck potion, it didn't work.

In bedrock edition you use a Cauldron to dye wolf armor by filling the cauldron with water then right click the cauldron with any color dye then after that right click the cauldron with the wolf armor

For java and bedrock u dye leather and wolf armor with crafting table but bedrock u can dye leather armor with cauldron but wolf armour is useless in bedrock
