I watched a lot of not-very-helpful videos before I found this one. This video shows step-by-step what a novice Muscovy-raiser needs to know to efficiently dress a duck once it has been killed. Although the woman in the video appears to be using a paring knife, I found that a fish filet knife is a perfect tool for removing the skin from around the breast and thighs. We will be dining on Muscovy meat tomorrow!
thanks we want muscovy for our home but don't want to use equipment to process. I find rabbits an excellent dupe for chicken and easy to process. Will be trying out Muscovy for a beef roast dupe! :)
