The movie is not confusing at all and the end was perfect, u just need to rewatch it with full attention. When the thing didn't work the herbalist asked that are you sure you are his son, then the herbalist find out more and realised that why the thing didn't work was because Odunlade Adekola is a twin and that he has been having affair with his twin sister, so the end is really perfect, just rewatch it again, Lobatan
They did not spoil the movie and the herbalist didn't change his words, the herbalist was shocked that the thing he used on the father didn't work and asked are u sure u are his son( or he is ur father), not a confirmatory statement but a question, this made the herbalist to find out more and this revealed the fact that the man has twins aside Odun and that Odun has been couplating with one of his twin sister, so the end is really perfect, just rewatch it again, Nice movie
