I doubt it. If anything they would have found it incredibly monotonous and repetitive. Not to take away from how good SLTS is in its own genre and right, but definitely not a classical wonder.

I fucking adore all of their music but Smells Like Teen Spirit is overplayed and is my least favorite song because of this reason and the fact that Nirvana has so many other great songs to offer. I happen to enjoy listening to this cover more than the original because I've heard the original so many times. This is something different and good.
