Welcome back Mario! 9 days to save & add to the recruiting class. Finally we can realistically talk about winning & championships. Building a foundation for the best program in the country. Can’t wait everyday for new updates on our team. Go Canes!!
They’ve finally got it right; this is the man who’s going to bring this program back to the top of College Football, where we belong. You can tell, they’re already scared. Just listen to the legacy media, specially the ones tied to the SEC bagmen. They’re shook. Miami is resurgent; the eye wall of a Category 5 Hurricane, is taking shape.
This guy can recruit Extremely well!!! He had Oregon finish with a top 10 recruiting class every year he was head coach. Unfortunately he finished ranked in the final polls with Oregon only once and that was in 2019 so that’s not great for mirroring recruiting rankings with poll rankings. But he will always recruit well and leave lots of room for his final recruiting ranking to mirror his final team rankings. He is proof that recruiting rankings don’t guarantee poll rankings. Why this happens for Mario is up for debate but curb team expectations but definitely raise recruiting expectations. He will be able to beat teams just by having way way way more talent and that is worth at least 8 wins per season in the ACC but margin of victory typically won’t be as great as the disparity of talent. Miami already has 8 wins and maybe 9 if they beat WSU which I think they can. How long will it take Mario to win 9+ games at Miami? How long is too long for Mario to not make the playoffs with Miami? How many losses would be unacceptable in a season for Mario at Miami? What do you expect Miami’s record to be next season?
Frank Ladson, Terrance Lewis are Dade County born and raised football players highly ranked coming out high school who are in the transfer portal Can you speak about these two players and are you and the staff going after them?
As a canes fan I’m excited i saw our 2022 season schedule I think if we can beat UNC finally but we play Texas A&M and at Clemson if we can win the ACC Schedule but win games in general future is bright
Dimelo Mario metele duro al Pilon y Bustelo asere! Welcome back to Miami, thus program desperately needed what you bring to the table. A person with conviction, with a plan, with leadership, an elite recruiter throw on top of the fact born and raised in the 305, it's a recipe for much success. Bonus, you have the real deal in Cuban food not the Fugazzi latin joints you were eating at in Oregon! Mucha suerte hermano! It's all about the 🙌🏻
There is no such thing as rest my brother to get the one and only “U” back to its rightful place! If anyone can do it I believe Coach Cristobal cal! Go canes. ✋🤚
This is his specialty. Recruiting is his gambit and he knows he needs a great class off the rip. I know we got the right guy as HC now. Something I couldn't say before. I liked Manny but this is no experiment.

The guy can recruit. No doubt about that. And he couldn’t have picked a worse time to leave Oregon. Top 10 recruiting class dropped significantly. But as a Ducks fan I will tell you it has been very frustrating watching them under Cristobal. He was never able to get the most out of the players and the team always played down to the competition. Championships for Miami? Don’t hold your breath.
Watching Oregon Get Blown out By Utah twice in 3 weeks was pathetic, That's bad coaching..Glad to see Cristobal go to Miami.. Watching Oregon Football under Cristobal was very Boring to watch..I sure am Excited for Oregon. Cristobal way over Rated.. I see a Willie Taggart in the making...
He had some decent recruits at Nike University with all top-of-line facilities and equipment. He doesn't have that at Miami. You cant sell top recruits on some past success from before they were born. And some facilities that might be up to above average in about 5 years. And get a Stadium on campus. If Miami couldn't even be competitive in the ACC over the last 10 years, I'd say dial back the 'hope'. I've been hearing that same stupid, "We back!" for years. Yep. Back to being not relevant for a ton of reasons the fanbase thinks can be fixed with some fairy dust and a magic wand.
It’s a horrendous mistake to start against Texas A& M. UM does it for the money but is it worth it to start with a loss? Texas A&M beat Alabama, now they have the number 1 draft class. Mario. you should get out of that game and play a lesser opponent as a ‘preseason’ game. FAMU or Appalachian State would do. No A&M, it’s a mistake!!!!

“Iron sharpens iron.” That’s in the Bible Proverbs 27:17. Cool.

Coach looks tired. He’s worked night and day. Hope he can get some rest over the weekend. But I doubt he will.

Welcome home coach..... Let's get it!!
It’s time for the sleeping giant to awake!!!! Let’s go canes!!!
I loved tue no tweeting comments 🤣🤣
The future looks good!!!
You’re going to very much enjoy Skinner!
We do this every time with a new coach. I will respect the process but don’t be flying the fucking plane this season when we suck.

Mario’s got 2 QBs to build around
He's got 3... TVD, Garcia, and now Brown. We're looking good there.

I think we should switch to NIKE.
Can’t wait to see the orange bowl again
Canes need to start young with the Peewees
You’re hearing it now, Garcia is significantly better than Van Dyke, he’s going to end up winning the starting job
I’ve been saying, TVD deserve the job but he better grind
Same bullshit he told Oregon
He got blown out by Utah twice in 3 weeks.. He will flopp
Mike Ryan Ruiz brought me here
Coach if we can get a solid room of linebackers….I think we would b okay..not just a blitzer but MEN who want to hunt LINEBACKERS HUNT
Tell all the Miami fans that all you are going to do is run, run, run, he won't adjust to what the defense is doing.
Good luck winning 4 games next year. Then 6 the next. Then 6 again. Imagine having justin herbert and making him look like a backup FCS QB.

@@timkinley1779 exactly 💯 Truth
Um needs fiu leftovers to try and win
Just watch he will bring in a grad transfer QB can't coach up a freshman QB that's committed to Miami.
