Does anyone know what Koran he uses. He held up a large green Koran and said it's a very scholarly edition of the Book. I would like to obtain a copy but have looked at Amazon and eBay but I can't find the one he mentions. Please Help??

I appreciate James White’s love for the Muslims, so much that he learns Islam from authentic and direct sources and not Fox News, and ends with a call for loving evangelism. Thank you!

37:20 I hear this often but it is wrong. The quote is not "so it was made to appear to them.".
The Qur'an says "it appeared to them so."
    وَلَـٰكِن شُبِّهَ لَهُمْ ۚ

Has James ever debated Hamza Yusuf in a formal setting as this one? I only recall the rude arrogant run in with Hamza after James debated one of Islam’s younger apologetics

Would have been nice if the questions could be stated on mike, or if James White repeated the questions before responding. but a fabulous presentation

Very good and fair analysis giving the Christian perception of Islam and Muslims.
A few points of contention that I can perhaps offer an answer to.
Regarding the Quran alluding to a Trinity of Jesus, God and Mary, the Quran addresses the practical reality of what was present at the time. Today one can argue academically that "Oh this is not Christian doctrine and this is not what we believe. The Quran got our beliefs wrong", but the reality is that back then the majority of Christians were either Catholic or Eastern Orthodox, and they certainly revere Mary as a god. "Mary the mother of God!". That was the practical reality and the Quran addressed the practical reality of the Christians at the time revering Mary. Even up till today, no one really talks about the Holy Spirit. People talk plenty about the Father, and they talk plenty about Jesus. But no one talks about the Holy Spirit. In Catholicism they talk a lot about Mary the "mother of God".
The Quran addresses practical realities. There are also accusations not only against practical polytheism in 7th century Christians, but also practical polytheism in 7th Century Jews, ordering them to stop taking their Rabbis as their lords. Ask any Jew today, they'll tell you they are strictly monotheistic. But in practical reality, many still follow rabbis unquestioningly. Christians are accused in the Quran of doing the same with priests. Ask any Catholic today, and they'll scoff at the idea of the Pope being a spokesman for God. But in 7th century and even for centuries later, that was the practical reality of Christianity. Their priests and the pope were like gods to them, never to be questioned or doubted.
The accusations of Muslims praying not to become Jews or Christians are unfounded. I can swear to God that I have read the opening prayer daily, multiple times a day, and not a thought comes into my mind about Jews or Christians. I've never heard that from anyone. This is the first time I've heard such a theory from James White. We understand people who "earn God's anger" and people "who go astray" could be anyone, including ourselves.
James White would be wise to not present Hadith as "Islamic Scripture". Hadith are a collection of alleged narrations that date back to 200 years after Muhammed lived. Much of it is absolute nonsense made up by corrupt arab kings and to justify their own lifestyle. Many hadith directly contradict Quran. Unfortunately, there are a great many Muslims who somehow believe that Hadith are just as legitimate as Quran, and this is a grave problem with many imams and Muslim priests. Although all Muslims follow the same Quran, there is division mainly due to difference in trust or distrust of hadith compilers. Essential to Muslim reformation is for everyone to reevaluate their position on Hadith from one of blind belief to that of curious study and scrutiny.

David Wood would differ from James White for comparing the violence in Islam to the violence in the OT. Two have totally different ways for interpretation. Islam has the principle of abrogation and Christianity has the New testament.
