El Guincho is a long time musician, composer and production partner of Rosalia's. Rosalia and El Guincho produced her entire second album, El Mal Querer, with a few instruments and a couple of computers in her apartment.
El Guincho (the pilot) is actually the co-producer alongside Rosalía of her album "El mal querer" they worked closely together and he´s probably the creative genius who´s managed to fuse Flamenco with electronic, although normally he remains in the background in the visuals but on stage he´s more promenent.
