I think they both are irrelevant teams unless they make a big trade. But I also think long term a big trade doesn't get them a title and does hurt them long term because it will deplete their future assets for a western finals exit at best. Both teams will not be true contenders. Basketball is a young man game. They should both be tanking and moving their aging players for youngest assets. Resetting on time is better than competing when you know you won't win. This is what the Bulls/Raptors have been doing for forever
