Angie Murenga & Althea Wamiru Title Deed Hand Over - Own Land In Kenya

On December 18th 2016, Ms. Angie Murenga and her daughter Ms. Althea Wamiru begun their purchase of two parcels of land within our Imbuko III compound. Deposits were paid and Sale Agreement signed on this auspicious day. Why is this an important detail?
1. Ms. Angie and Althea, were our very first paid-up early-bird buyers for Imbuko III.
2. This was their first ever land purchase. (Picture our quaking knees)
3. It has taken us more than 6 years to deliver their looooong, awaited Title Deeds.
Sometimes, it takes undesirably and painfully long, for us to obtain LEGALLY and ETHICALLY produced parcels of land. There are many reasons why a 60 to 90 day process would take 6 years to complete, including land development moratoriums by County governments, indefinite Land Control Board disbandments by Ministry of Lands, Covid shutdowns of government service-delivery as was the case with our amazing Imbuko III compound. Fast doesn't mean clean!
