I have to clean the skin more, I usually remove the skin, there is more work to do I’m not going to lie to you. But I have not gotten like rotten pieces from it. That’s why it’s cheaper than other chicken I guess. I know fresher chicken would be better I used to buy it a lot but it costs more so I will do the extra cleaning to save he he Which chicken do you buy?
