The fact this guy didn’t snap is impressive. Please don’t convince me you guys would take that long to call

Finally Daniel gets some luck. It's been a tough year.

Love Daniel's reaction. Didn't act like he won, just absolutely recognized that it was a cooler and he happened to be on the right side. true professional.

Respect how Kenney handled it. Some others would have flipped the table.

It only took 7 seasons of High Stakes Poker and about 50 televised tournaments for Daniel to find the reverse fortune of this situation he always encounters.

    That commentator - how terrible.

  • @Kelian3000

just got knocked out in 3rd place, pocket 8, I raise, i get a call and fold, flop comes QQ8, goes check check, turn a 3, check check, river a 4, opponent bets, I shove, opponent shows quad queens

kenney may not have consulted his shaman that day

Coming back to this hand I think Bryn can find a fold here in some universes. This is a know your opponent spot and Daniel even said he thinks Kenny could find a fold here. As played Daniel would not reshove 55 or 44. It's just not how he plays. Not that he never bluffs but he's a small ball poker player.

Years ago during a party poker Sunday million I had no business being in I was close to the bubble and got all of my money in with AA after the chip leader 4 bets me. He shows KQ. Flop comes A,K,rag. Turn K…river K. Stopped playing poker for over a year after that one.

This exact scenario happened to me when I had AA against 22. One of the biggest pots I've ever lost. I'll never forget it.

Gotta respect the sportsmanship. That was such a tough spot, third nuts all in.

Also mind-blowing is the guy didn't snap call at the end😱

This is the same situation as that scene in James Bond Casino Royale where JB loses to quads and other guy goes “you thought I was bluffing” and they made it seem like calling an all in with aces full was an F tier move

There was a straight flush possibility too. I can see why Kenney didn't snap call, his gut instinct told him Daniel was strong after he pushed all-in. I've never seen that player before this tournament but he's definitely a solid player. Almost impossible to lay down aces full for most players. But if Daniel was sitting in Kenney's chair, he would've went out too. Tough beat.

Brynn Kenny is an absolute beast , you don’t get results like him without being an extreme outlier.
