I love a knuckle ball but I prefer a curling shot for a bit more consistency

For those still struggling, if you have played a few years or more you have definitely hit a few of these in game, even if it was just accidentally. And you probably already know the form for hitting this via muscle memory. Just relax, try and envision how it felt when you "accidentally" hit shots like this in games or training. Then try and replicate that same technique.

I use the juninho pernambucano style as in I use 4 steps back when 30 yards or less but when running towards the ball I use 2 steps when more then 30 yards I preferably use 6 steps but run towards the ball with either 4 or 5 steps.

I used to practice knuckles but I messed up my hip temporarily and now when I do them, whenever I stop the follow through it hurts
