A couple months ago I made the decision to sell some of my gently used eye shadow palettes. ( l seriously didn’t think anyone would want my “ older” palettes) I was shocked to learn that there are many who shop used makeup on M. I went from uploading only eye shadow to used foundations, blushes, bronzers, lipsticks, glosses to now skin care products and sheet masks. Next might be perfumes and jewelry. It’s a relief that my makeup isn’t going into a landfill. As well as giving me some cash to buy fresher products.

I have a very small collection and I have yet to reach for a palette I bought 2 months ago. We all seem to have this drawer no matter the size of our collection.

I love your videos! I don't think you should be ashamed. You're a mom and a creator. It's a juggling act. You're doing well. It's a blessing to get the PR even if it just sits in your drawer. I'd rather have videos from you more often even if it means the sounds of the children in the background. ❤

I can understand how it gets overwhelming because I bought some new eyeshadows and haven't been able to use them all yet because it was one big amount all at once.
I would like to see how the Sakura palette performs. 🌸
I'd love to hear your thoughts about the Sorcerers palette because it looked so pretty! If it doesn't perform well, that would be good to know.
I got “oh the shame” for deck of panning today and I was so surprised I didn’t have any shame makeup items. I have 7 unopened makeup products; one is a spare mascara, 4 products for my wedding that I don’t want to open yet, a powder that was a spare but now is my only loose powder so will get opened soon and a primer someone just gave me that I’ll open as soon as I finish another one😊 Instead I’m going to try to use all my makeup products twice, because the ones sitting on zero uses for the year are definitely my shame😂

It might be fun to do a shop my stash with some randomization . Like , count the categories and then randomize how many you are going to pull a box of shame ? Could be fun. Or at each category flip a coin heads regular pull , tails box of shame?

Im very lucky i have so many friends and family that will take stuff on so i dont have to chuck it ❤
I definitely share as much as possible with friends and family, but no one love loves makeup the way I do. They mostly use it more utilitarian (? is that the word I'm looking for lol) as in to go to work etc

I don’t even have the ambition to separate all my unused products but my shame pile would be so large.
I started keeping them separate after realizing, I'd bring in new makeup, add it to the proper drawer and continue to reach for my favourites. Oops
