it's interesting how, prior to Hazbin's release, the last time we saw Blitz he was riding on a high having rekindled his friendship with Fizz and helped him to score a personal win against Mammon.
now after Full Moon and Apology Tour, all of that came crashing down and while Blitz apologized to Verosika, he has yet to properly do so with Stolas (who has his own flaws he needs to work on) as well as pick himself back up because...yeah this was a low point for Blitz since his heart is pretty much broken
Being Hell. . . perhaps this is Blitz's personal one at this point? Wonder if theres any coming back from this.

I used vocalremover.org to separate the vocals from the music, and then I put all the weird pieces of audio I had together in an editing software until it sounded alright. Basically xD

It's kinda just a "pulsing synth" of some sort. You can use low-frequency oscillators (LFOs) to "pulse" and modulate certain parameters of the synth sound (like gain/volume, intensity, amplitude, noise, etc)
