Happy Homestead - Horse Ranch - The Sims 4 Speed Build

Welcome Back! Today's build is a family farmhouse for the Horse Ranch Expansion Pack. This is my first build in Chestnut Ridge; I know Horse Ranch has been out for a while, but I finally got some inspiration. This farmhouse, I imagine has been in the family for decades, built in the early 1900s. Some parts have been updated and added on to but it's mostly original. The parents own their own business on the main drag in town, a small café. They have two kids; the teen Sim loves video games and art, and he can't wait to get out of Chestnut Ridge and explore the world. The child Sim, loves her friends and her horse, Happy. She is involved in horse competitions and I won a couple of times. The family is busy with their jobs, school, and activities but they always manage to spend time together.
