Hi aanam ! You were good throughout the day . I honestly can’t think of me doing this because we are soo used to of our phones like genuinely the thought of living without it for more than a few hours is like pressuring or convincing oneself to let go of the time .
Also team 24 hours are okayyyyyy ! No need for the penalty lol . And one more thing i want to mention is the sunday matinee , we all do that and the fact that you do it with your husband makes me feel like you are just one of us like soo raw real 🥹🫣

Okay. What a coincidence, watching this video after my own social media detox of 4days .my phone was on flight mode since Wednesday, turned it on today at 7pm ... Anyone born before 1999 can be without phone for a day or more because we didn't have phone till we turned 17-18 ... Everyone should do it once to see what value you hold in your friends or boyfriend/girlfriend lifes by going away for some times:)
