I bought the Gig XXL on sale. It rocks. It is not boomy and will provide nice mids and highs. Make sure to place it in a good area for the rear port to enhance the sound. LOve Klipsch.
You have my attention with the Klipse speaker review. The clarity of the bass sound is epic. Love the LED lights on the front. This is a win. ❤
Nah it's not. Im about to return my xxl to Costco to get my $150 back. The bass is fine but the volume is pathetic. Just doesn't get very loud

Nice speakers but I can always tell by your reactions and sound of voice on how much you truly like their sound… I had a feeling you were going to go with the JBL. I in fact have JBL speakers and the sound quality is second to none in my opinion. Thanks for sharing again Big Floss.

Floss.just got marshall Middleton. Not crazy about the battery life, but it definitely outshines the extreme 3. Especially on hi res music hard wired.

They don’t hold a candle to the JBL Partyboxes! Klipsch had a chance to kill it, but they put a 6.5 inch woofer in the XL and that just won’t get it done. Oh, and a wired mic what the heck

@FlossyCarter Floss, I need your help. I'm deaf in my right ear, and it's hard for me to find a earpiece to wear Because when I have it in my ear. It blocks the sound around me. And I can't hear people when they're trying to talk to me. Do they still make any ear pieces that go around your Neck and vibrate? When your phone rings? And then I can pull it up to my ear. Great Reviews Flossy. The Klipsch Gig XL is not actually Klipsch. It's a rebranded speaker because Sharp is 12% the owner of Klipsch and probably made them and told Klipsch to put their name on them. I opened it and typed in the models for the drivers and it lead me to Sharp.
