Wow. Incredible vlog. papafragas rocks are simply breathtaking. Fishing village is stunningly beautiful with those colorful house.. sarakijiko beach i seriously amazing with those amazing rock formation. The aerial shots are superb. Plaka is a place where we can easily get lost especially that sunset view. Tsigrado beach is a hidden gem with those secret paths. Just loved it. Milos is definitely a paradise and so underrated compared to other popular greek islands.
I am just blown away with your content. Cant imagine how YT can't promote or recommend this kind of videos.

Glad you enjoyed the video! It wasn’t too windy when we were there. We visited at end of September. We stayed at Venus de Milos and we definitely recommend it. Quiet place and very nice beds. Love this video! Heading to Milos in June. Do you know how many CCs your ATV was? We've been looking at renting a 150 cc but not sure if it's enough for 2 people. Also, any recommendations where to rent from? Thank you :)
Thanks! I think ours was probably also 150 cc. We got the cheapest one. And we rented it from a local rental company in Adamantas. I think it was “Ενοικιάσεις Αυτοκινήτων Μήλος Rent a Car Μήλος” if you want to find it on google maps

We rented an ATV and recommend that! Car doesn’t make sense as the island is so small.

When you flew the drone did you do the whole permit thing each time?
the caves at the 5th minute of this video served the purpose of hiding pirate loot-sarakines -where the name derives used to be pirates-since the place is volcanically formed , it was easy for them to dig tall enough tunels to serve as their hideaways-the same goes for the catacombs as well-l mean it was easy to dug tunnels...

When did you travel to Milos? We are traveling 9-16th of october and are afraid we are too far off season in termos of weather!
We were in Milos at the end of September! It was still sunny and warm every day 😄 there were also still tourists but probably less busy than mid-summer! The weather could be a hit or miss I guess… though generally it only really starts changing mid to end of October

I believe we rented our ATV's from Nikos Motos. The price was 45€ per quad per day for a 150cc quad when we rented it
Where do you recommend staying In Milos?
We are going to Milos in early June for 4 nights.
we stayed in Venus de Milos studios in the town of Adamas (it’s the port area and a really cute/central town). We really enjoyed our stay there and found the value for money to be excellent! There’s many places to stay in Adamas!
Small thing to point out for Sarakiniko beach: only go jumping from the small cliffs there if it's a calm day. If it's windy and there are waves this is incredibly dangerous. Not because of the jump necessarily, but the little circular pool you use to get back out is just gonna have waves bouncing around all over and with nothing to hold on to in there it only takes one of those to knock your head against the walls for this to go incredibly wrong really quickly.
Trust me, i got way too lucky there, don't be as dumb as me.
Totally agreed! We saw some people also jumping from the cliffs and then having a hard time getting out the circular pool because it was so wavy!!

Hi, I am from India, traveling to Greece this June. I ma planning to visit Milos for a day, just wanted to know about the transportation from Milos to Athens. I am getting ferries only in the afternoon in the ferryhopper website. Is there other ferries in the morning that I can catch ? coz I'll have a flight to catch from Athens same day.
A day to visit Milos is quite intense 😅 it’s a beautiful island and has many beautiful places to discover! I’m not sure about ferries to Athens as we came from Crete and went to Santorini after. It might be easier to fly? Athens is quite far from Milos by ferry I think!

What do you mean with hire? You can definitely bring a drone with you! It’s allowed in Greece. Not sure if you can rent one there

Yes we used the ATV to go to each place! Definitely recommend staying in Adamantas. It’s next to the ferry port and has many places to rent a scooter or ATV from. We stayed at Venus de Milo, a cute affordable studio and rented our ATV from nearby… I think it’s “Ενοικιάσεις Αυτοκινήτων Μήλος Rent a Car Μήλος” if you want to find it on google maps

do we need international DL for ATV and can we rent for three days or more ?
Depends where you're coming from. Zac's American driving license wasn't accepted unfortunately. We used my driving license, which is from Belgium / EU and that was accepted. We rented the ATV for 5 days

We were there around mid- to end of September. It was getting closer to the end of season so it wasn’t very busy! 😄 still had amazing weather every day
Hey guys! Is it possible to rent a bicycle in Milos? And what about taxi?
I bet you can rent a bicycle! Just keep in mind there are quite some hills, so it's going to be a sweaty ride. There are some taxis from the main port if we remember correctly, when you arrive by ferry. But it doesn't seem too common on the island.

Hola Zac y Ine! To rent a motorcycle you need an exclusive license to drive motorcycles or with the car license is it enough? I have made this query to several companies and they have not answered me, I hope you can help me! Thank you
It seems hit and miss… we were allowed to rent it with our driving licence for the car. But they only accepted a European driving licence. Zac wasn’t allowed to rent it as he has an American driving licence
