I love Charles. Not only that he is the most talented young driver with Max because he has the speed and all the mental game, but he is also extremely friendly and patient with his fans, always saying "no problem" and smiles at them. I hope that these people create an environment around him in which he can be most successful.
I saw Mia Djacic working with Pascal Wehrlein at Sauber in 2017, so she's been working with Charles for 2 years but she's been in F1 for at least a few months longer than that.
