I tried making the aloo paneer snack this evening. Unfortunately although I got it to a dough consistency, it didn't fry well, and remained soft and soggy. My guess is, not enough bread crumbs. I first thought of just dumping the entire thing, but then decided to be creative ... so I took a few slices of bread and smeared some of the dough on both sides of each slice and shallow fried them. Turned out great!! Just thought I would share this for anyone else who faced the same issue.
