MEMC means Motion Estimation Motion Compensation. It improve the viewing quality while you are watching rapidly moving object in your tv. Without MEMC slightly blury video you will get as compre to with MEMC.
Stay Away from Vu TV these are Cheap products my 15 months personal experience with VUs most premium TV and TV panes get issue. TV actual life is only 1 year.
Tv has 3 years warranty which the company gives... I don't think a company will give 3 years warranty if it doesn't have confidence on product.. If tv is under warranty it can be repaired free of cost

These are electronics and no one can give guarantee that, this product is unbreakable. In every brand there is display issue and many other hardware issues but these pieces are a few. So If unluckily u got the defected product then claim the warranty. It happens in every brand.
