- Hi guys and happy Vlogmas day 14!! It’s going by so fast omg. I hope you enjoy these 2 days go my friends and I studying for our nursing school finals, we have OB and Med Surge final exams. I work out, show you some food I eat, study at coffee shops and show some study snacks. This vlog is very accurate and representing a crazy college cramming finals week. Glass also decides to show up in my tire I had to go fix hahaha, I love y’all I hope you enjoy!

i keep my avocados in the fridge then “thaw” them on the counter for like 20 minutes before i eat it. they last super long too
I think the last vlog you talked about dry scalp. Try a head scrubber from Amazon. Game changer!!!

Avocado advice:depends how soon ya wanna use them, I usually buy em unripped and put in brown paper bag or inside a dark shelf area until I feel they are soft then use it ASAP

Two of my fav college lunches are turkey avocado spinach wraps and chicken/turkey salad! I'd either make chicken salad or buy pre-made chicken/turkey salad from Trader Joe's and put it on lettuce or Dave's bread :)

You are amazing girl. And Chik-Fil-A works for the best. My dad works there and the lines are never long. And they hardly mess your order up like Macdonalds does. There Mac and Cheese and Waffle Fries are so good.
Anna you and your roommates should try to cook one of my recipes!! They are super easy to make on a Sunday and it makes a LOT so you can eat off of them for the whole week! Super easy for dinners! Love you! 💕💕

Definitely try wraps. You can get healthy ones, like sweet potato or Chia seed at the store. I usually put hummus turkey cheese tomato lettuce and onion in it

avocado tip! leave them out until they get soft and then put them in the fridge and then they won't keep getting ripe or go bad!!

For avocados- buy them green and keep them in the fridge! Then take them out like 1 or 2 at a time before you are going to use them ( like a day before) also, keep them separate from apples because apples make other produce get ripe quicker.

Do ground turkey or beef with taco seasoning and lettuce, cheese, onions, olives and salsa and sour cream! You can alter it to what you like or dislike and add more things but I could literally eat this EVERY DAY! it just a taco salad but still so good sometimes I throw in jalapeños if I’m feeling spicy

Get the individual avocados and get one or two ripe depending how often you eat them and the rest un ripe. Don’t put other stuff that are ripe with them.
