There is no way, it is impossible. If you know some magical way of doing so, then enlighten Microsoft and Adobe ! The only way to avoid your software from being cracked is not to give it to the hacker in the first place, which could be done by providing your service online, you software should be running on your server and your server only, it shouldn't be handled to anyone else, other than that all what you can do is to make harder for crackers to crack it, but never protect it !.
