I love Suzukis but this one especially is soooo cool, beautiful retro dark blue, light blue and white.
The others maybe on modern bikes Danny but you are a world champion!!! It’s great to see you having fun out there. Good Luck with whatever you do next season. I loved the onboard footage. The GP circuit looks much shorter on that bike compared to my old 250cc Ducati!!! I Needed a calendar not a stopwatch!!!
You guys have no luck. I feel your pain as I've been through a few K1-3 generation gearboxes myself. Bit of an Achilles heal on this gen GSXR, superfinishing has helped prolong mine. Nova gears are also a bit tougher.
I had a k1 gsxr 600 as my first and only bike. It looked just like this (but the baby version of course) and im desperate to get a newer gen one. But the k1 was fantastic.

This is the only motorsport Suzuki actually take part in. Even their new ‘GSXR’ isn’t a proper sportsbike. A once great sports bike producer now makes cheap and cheerful comfortable road bikes. Suzuki have modelled themselves on Royal Enfield!

Yes, I had noticed their lack of presence in most of the serious racing paddocks, no WSB, no GP and if I remember correctly no BSB either, why have they done this to themselves, what’s going on with them ?
One or two shows in endurance though but even so…

The marshalls took forever to get to the first red flag situation, surtees, 2bikes, 2 riders, 1 rider made contact with the other bikes back wheel. Not good.
