I will never get the food to taste the same, is missing the type of wood for the fire, the cast iron forged in the fire for so long and that clean, fresh air of the mountains with the smell of pine trees and grass that is native to your place. But....i still will try to make them. I am not sure you celebrate Christmas...if you do...MERRY CHRISTMAS from my family to yours, if you dont Happy Holidays and a wish for a new year with health and success.
