    The skimmed milk available in Indian markets are highly processed. They remove the natural vitamins present in the milk during removal of natural fats, especially omega3 fats which is good for health & also add a lot of preservatives which affects our health due to long term usage. I don't know about companies in America, but Indian markets do not manufacture proper healthcare products. They label the packet "skimmed milk" and sell it so that health conscious people would buy it. Even the hospitals in India mix detergents and water in place of milk for the patients 😨😨😨 it's a really scary world. Anyway hats off to Guru Mann Sir for educating us about limitations on drinking whole milk. People in India should stick to whole milk and that also 2 glasses maximum and get their macros from some other food.

      @@is-haq4637 Yes it is removed. DO your research first. When Fat is removed from Milk to create skimmed milk, Vitamins A and D is removed. But in skimmed milk, these vitamins are added back while manufacturing it. Its an artificial supplement added, the natural one is lost during skimming.

    Hello sir this daily recommendation is on 2000 calories diet so base on that 50g is enough protein for that which is not so 5g of saturated fat is for 2000 calories diet
    Whole milk(boiled 2 time and after removing malayee 2 time) whole milk any day don't care whatever anyone has to say will eat this type of any day
    And i have better body and muscule cuts than anyone who does not drink whole milk by the way i am not preparing for any bodybuilding so common man

    Bhai dhoodh se Kefir bana lo agar dhoodh nahi pachta hai to.. Lactose almost 99% nikal jati hai aur 1 cup kefir se protein bhi 12g mil jayega vo bhi predigested. Easy for gut. Probiotic supplement lene ki bhi jaroorat nahi. Kefir ke ek chammach me 150 billions CFU se bhi jyada rehte hai.. 1-2 cup roz piyo..Mast raho.

    if i follow good bulking buy by excess caloric intake is somewhere
    around 800-1300 and my exercises are constant, would i gain fat or loose
    muscles? Really confused.. need help.
    I have been taking home made weight gainer shake(banana+oats+peanut butter+curd) and i need to know if it will make me fat..
