I heard you had a small volcano problem up your way. Is the Mayon volcano starting to quiet down? I was born and raised in New Jersey, but now live retired in Cebu City, Philippines around the corner from the Provincial Capitol. Previous to now, I spent most of my time in the NCR, but decided to live in Cebu. It's not bad, and much closer to major resorts in the Philippines. Katrina Velarde is crazy good, that's all I can say about her. We are blessed with the best vocal artists here. I was at the SM Mall in Cebu City today, and heard some of the sales staff singing (via microphones) to the customers -- wow they are great.

Had a small earthquake last night caused from the Mayon. It will 100% erupt just a matter of when. Cebu is beautiful!! So many great singers out here for sure.

Be careful, I remember when Mount Pinatubo blew its cork in 1991, and it looked like a nuclear bomb going off, and to make matters worse, we got hit with a rain-filled typhoon at the same time -- what a damn mess that was. It was like raining cement. Picture that. The volcano destroyed Clark Air Force Base North of Manila, so we just abandoned the base. We then pulled out of Subic Bay. I found a very good documentary video of that event and how it transpired and what the Philippine & US Governments did if you are interested, I can message the link to you.
