BLUEBERRY PICKING IN NEW ZEALAND - Should You Blueberry Pick?

I head over to Ngatea with my family to do some blueberry picking! These are one of the best blueberries in New Zealand. I show you a quick and easy travel guide when visiting 'Blueberry Country' in Ngatea.
To get here, you need to take a car and drive one hour and thirty minutes south of Auckland (catching state highway 1). It shouldn't be too hard to get there if you have the "trusty" Google Maps!
There is a small entry fee before getting your hands on some blueberries. It's $4 for adults and $2 for children. You get a bucket, which you can choose to fill up or not and at the end pay for the ones you pick by weighing it. It was about $12 per kilo.
They also have a cafe where you can indulge in some good food and try their blueberry ice cream - which is one of the best I have ever tasted.
